Get your taste buds tingling with these deliciously flavoured salts!

The use of these salts is only limited by your imagination. Use in your everyday cooking in place of regular salt to add depth of flavour.

Citrus: 

A blend of Australian Lake and Seasalts with air dried orange and lemon peel. Rub into the skin of a roast chicken with a little olive oil for beautifully flavoured crispy skin. Sprinkle a little over fish for a delicate citrus flavour.

Add a sprinkle directly to your salad or include in your dressing.

Rub onto pork chops with some olive oil, or into pork rind for tasty crackling.

Kaffir Lime & Chilli:

A blend of Australian Lake and Sea salts with fresh Kaffir leaves and dried chilli. Add a pinch to your corn on the cob with a little unsalted butter.

Rub into the skin of a roast chicken with a little olive oil for beautifully spicy crispy skin.

Sprinkle a little over fish for a delicate Thai inspired flavour.

Add a sprinkle directly to your salad or include in your dressing.

A blend of Australian Lake and Sea salts with dried Porcini Mushroom. Add a pinch to your mashed potato with a little unsalted butter.

Rub onto steak with a little olive oil before BBQing.

Sprinkle a little over pasta or risotto.

Great over scrambled or poached eggs.

Rosemary:

A blend of Australian Lake and Sea salts with fresh rosemary. A great addition to any roasted vegetables.

Sprinkle over lamb chops before BBQing.
